Each year in March, Arizona celebrates Archaeology & Heritage Awareness Month. The main event is the Archaeology Expo. The Expo offers attractions for history and archaeology buffs. The event will be held at the Himdag Ki Museum in Topawa (south of Sells) on March 4, 2017. The Expo is free and open to the public. Come enjoy this educational, family-friendly event.
We’ll be there with Archaeology Southwest Magazine and other goodies. Allen Denoyer will demonstrate flintknapping and other ancient technologies.
