How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@archaeologysouthwest.org to request a refund and we will notify you how to return it.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Carriers
We use the USPS to deliver our orders.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Archaeology Southwest makes no representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this site may be downloaded, exported, or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you bring to enforce this agreement or any matters related to this site shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
